Today I had planned to go along to southsea family market local groups for pregnancy and parenting were there to hand out free information on what they have to offer they even gave little tasters.
I was reluctant to go as I didn’t have any one to go with but I figured this could be a chance to meet other mums in the area.
I walked into to the church hall with my clumsy wheels making a scene as I couldn’t get my pram through the door but after my awkward entrance I made my way to the baby massage taster,
having read about the benefits of baby massage I was eager to have a go.
Increased levels of relaxation could be they key to longer sleeps and may reduce emotional stress or relief from colic/wind and general discomfort. These factors alone were enough to make me want to try plus it meant I got some one to one time with Francis enabling me to gain a deeper understanding of my baby’s body language.
Apart from Francis letting out some rather loud trumps (how embarrassing) it was great I thoroughly enjoyed it and plan on making this a regular activity as well as trying out a local yoga class for myself and Francis.
Despite being a lonely day with it just being Franco and I we have shared giggles and plenty of bonding time.
He is settled now which gave me a chance to try my new hair product, beach hair is the desired look and I have wanted to achieve these effortless styles for quite sometime. My prayers have been answered in the form of bumble & bumble surf spray I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to achieve beach waves.
