It has been a while since I have posted anything fashion related so I thought I would do a bit of ‘street style’ to mark my 34 week mark.
In a bid to find some casual pieces for that ‘everyday’ look I knew Zara would not disappoint. They have such a great range of casual comforts there seems to be plenty of floaty dresses and baggy basics to suit my needs.
This cute dress is perfect for the aftermath of our British summer, looking good with an oversize cardi draped effortlessly over the shoulders for the colder evenings.
Slightly conscious of the length and my growing bump but knowing I will be able to use it after pregnancy as well.
A cool cotton fabric with a round neck and gathered detail on the chest.

A pregnancy wardrobe is not complete without a smock top. Something that can be worn during and after pregnancy makes it that little bit more appealing right? Can you tell I love baggy clothes! I just find the comfortable and suitable for the warmer weather there is nothing worse than having clingy material when you are heavily pregnant in the heat.
At £30 this Embroidered Smock Top From French Connection was not exactly a bargain but it was certainly not over priced given the quality of the fabric and beautiful embroidery detail.
A perfect match with my Topshop Maternity Jeans keeping it stylish without being too dressy. I love how the material doesn’t hug my bump allowing lots of room for growth and falls nicely.
For the most part of my pregnancy I can be seen wearing old band t-shirts with plenty of marmite stains to remind myself of my motherly status, let’s say I am pretty grounded and therefore these looks are often kept for weekends!
But it is so important for me to keep myself feeling good both inside and out especially during a time when my body is doing all sorts of changing.
I hope you enjoyed this rather different post let me know what you think and if it is something you would like to see more of on my blog.
Don’t forget to keep updated with my YouTube channel for toddler chats and Vlogs I upload every Wednesday 🙂
